User agreement of the online store “ROMANCE CLUB STORE”

The RomanceClub.com website is operated under license of the Rights Holder Your Story Interactive SRL by the legal entity “PLAY MANAGEMENT COMPANY” LLC, registered in Republic of Serbia, PSRN 21847046, TIN 113331965. Address: Serbia, Belgrade (Stari Grad), 11000 Cara Lazara 5-7. Contacts: shop@playmgt.com.

The agreements of this User Agreement ROMANCE CLUB STORE apply to all Users of the Website romanceclub.com.
In meaning:

  • “We” – Site Administration;
  • “You, Visitor” – for all users/visitors of the website romanceclub.com
    By registering, visiting or in any way using the Site romanceclub.com, including any content of the Site available through the domain name https://romanceclub.com, the User (you) express your full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement ROMANCE CLUB STORE and Privacy Agreement, including the Personal Data Processing Policy, Privacy Policy (in English).

The site romanceclub.com is a website on the Internet, which consists of a set of computer programs (program codes executed on a computer), information about the products of official Licensees (Content) with links to cards of the corresponding products on the marketplaces Wildberries.ru, Ozon. ru and others, as well as digital coupons (“digital stickers”) with images of characters and items of the “Romance Club: Interactive Stories” application, which Users can buy for use in the Telegram messenger, located at the domain address romanceclub.com (including all domain levels).
2.2. Administration of the Website romanceclub.com (or Administration) – managing persons on behalf of Play Management Company DOO, moderators, carrying out compliance with the User Agreement ROMANCE CLUB STORE (hereinafter – the Agreement) and the rules of the Website romanceclub.com, reserving the right not to publish/delete any Account (personal page) created by the Visitor in case of violations of the Agreement and other provisions of the Website romanceclub.com.
2.3. Visitor (equivalent interpretation – you, the User) – an individual or legal entity – this fact is not identified without providing clarifying information, capable of accepting the Agreement, and who gains access to the Site
romanceclub.com, as an individual – in its own interests, as a legal entity – in the interests
legal entity represented by him.
2.4. Account (equivalently – personal page) of the Visitor – a page on the website romanceclub.com for the Visitor, to which the Visitor receives personal access after authorization on the website romanceclub.com, after accepting this Agreement. A visitor cannot create more than one Account.
2.5. 3. Authorization of the Visitor on the Website romanceclub.com

3.1. The visitor has the right to log in using the Open ID form, which involves transferring to the Administration of the site romanceclub.com already known information from the organization – LLC “VKontakte” OGRN 1079847035179, LLC “YANDEX” OGRN 1027700229193, Telegram Messenger LLP, according to the established privacy settings in the one he has chosen to go through verification (authorization) procedures of a third-party well-known organization (platforms indicated above).
3.2. The administration of the romanceclub.com Site processes the personal data of Visitors in order to provide Visitors with access to the romanceclub.com Site and to be able to publish Content on the romanceclub.com Site.
In particular, the Visitor has access to personalized and general advertising from the Site Administration, sending information messages and newsletters in the Account or to the specified email address upon authorization in the functions of the romanceclub.com Site.
The personal data used and processed by the Administration includes data voluntarily transferred by the Visitor to the romanceclub.com Website:

  • photographs, video and audio files, various documents in various formats, access to
    which were provided by the Visitor himself, including the avatar of the personal page, if the Visitor is depicted on it.

  • The format of the website romanceclub.com does not provide for the publication of other personal data.
    3.3. The site romanceclub.com uses the minimum amount of personal data received during authorization, to the minimum possible required amount. The processing of the minimum amount of personal data for citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ, the Agreements of the Law on Personal Data of the Republic of Serbia (87/2018) are also taken into account. According to the current conclusion of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Serbia is among the countries with an adequate level of information protection. Disclosure of provided information can only be made at the request of law enforcement agencies and courts in accordance with official regulations and requirements.
    3.4. Based on the fact that the processing of personal data is carried out solely for the purpose of compliance with and execution of this Agreement, the use of the Site, for Russian citizens, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Visitor’s consent to the processing of his personal data is automatically confirmed by the acceptance (acceptance) of documents and the Visitor putting a tick in the required fields.
    However, the Visitor has the right to request termination of the processing of personal data by immediately sending a request to shop@playmgt.com, after which the Administration will delete the Visitor’s account; in this case, the Visitor can immediately stop using his personal data – by voluntarily deleting the authorized Account with the data, since the use of personal data is carried out for the purpose of using the romanceclub.com Site.
  • 3.5. Any actions performed during authorization using the account are considered to be performed by the corresponding Visitor, unless the Visitor contacted the Administration with a message about the hack or such a fact was not established by the Administration itself in the process. In the event of unauthorized authorization, the Visitor is obliged to immediately notify the Administration in the prescribed manner; the Visitor is independently responsible for actions taken by third parties during such authorization, if the Visitor does not properly store the login and password.

4. Transition of Visitors to other pages, pages of third parties

4.1. The website romanceclub.com contains links to products of official partners of the Romance Club, created under the license of the Romance Club.

5. Final section

5.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation
Federation, Republic of Serbia, takes into account European requirements in the field of protection of personal data of users on the Internet.
5.2. Any disputes, if possible, are resolved through negotiations, and if no result is achieved, they are referred to the court, depending on the jurisdiction.
5.3. This Regulation comes into force for Visitors/Visitor from the moment of authorization,
actual registration and start of use of the website romanceclub.com and are valid for
for an indefinite period (depending on the period of use of the Site), but in any case – until the Account is deleted on the romanceclub.com Site.
5.4. If any term or condition of this Agreement is invalid, this will not invalidate the remaining provisions hereof.
